To the Operators of TANK! TANK! TANK! Games:

Serial Number series: FC00400A00 through FC00400A48, FC00400B38 through FC00400B99

Namco America would like to inform you of a potential issue with your games.

We have determined that the compressors that came with your TANK! TANK! TANK! game may have an issue. If your game is in this group and this condition is not rectified, the compressor can malfunction and breakdown.  It is due to the loosening of set screws in the motor cam, which can cause the fan blades in the compressor to break.  This condition needs to be corrected if you want your machine to operate properly.

The update is a relatively simple procedure involving removing the set screws in the compressors, adding a little "Threadlocker" PX #24250 or equivalent, and then putting them back in the same locked position. This service can be completed in less than 30 minutes. We strongly suggest that you check your unit’s serial number and if it is part of the group mentioned above, that you act quickly to check and update your unit.
